About the role
As our Chief Technology Officer, you will shape how Arihant eSolutions designs, builds and delivers technology. You will own our technical strategy across artificial intelligence, data engineering, cloud and software, and turn it into repeatable offerings, accelerators and standards that help our teams deliver faster and better.
You will work side by side with the founder and with client executives as a trusted adviser on AI and data transformation, while staying close enough to the work to review architectures and guide critical engagements.
What you’ll do
- Define and own the technology vision, roadmap and architecture standards for AI, data, cloud and software delivery.
- Build, lead and mentor engineering, data and consulting teams across Canada, the United States and India.
- Advise client executives on AI adoption, data strategy and modernization, and help shape proposals and solution designs.
- Create reusable frameworks, accelerators and reference architectures (lakehouse, Medallion, MLOps, generative AI).
- Set engineering practices for quality, security, DevOps, testing and documentation, and make sure they are followed.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and partners, and turn the right ones into new services and products.
- Oversee the technical health of our products, including Wealth360.
- Champion responsible AI, data privacy and security across everything we build.
What you bring
- 15+ years in technology, including senior leadership in consulting, professional services or enterprise IT.
- Deep hands-on background in cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud), data engineering and AI/ML.
- A track record of building and scaling high-performing, distributed technical teams.
- Experience leading large, complex technology programs to successful delivery.
- Excellent communication with executives, clients and engineers alike.
- Sound judgment on security, governance and regulatory requirements, ideally in financial services.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation in production.
- Relevant certifications (for example Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF).
- Experience building a consulting practice or a software product from an early stage.
