About the role
The Director of Consulting Services leads our client engagements end to end. You will build long-term relationships with clients, shape the right solutions for their AI, data and automation goals, and make sure every engagement delivers measurable value.
You will lead delivery managers and consultants, set the standard for how we work with clients, and help grow the practice into new industries and markets.
What you’ll do
- Own a portfolio of client relationships and grow them through trusted, value-focused advice.
- Lead discovery workshops and shape solutions, proposals, estimates and statements of work.
- Oversee delivery of several engagements at once: scope, budget, timeline, quality and risk.
- Build, coach and manage consulting and delivery teams.
- Report on engagement health and client satisfaction to leadership and client executives.
- Develop consulting methods, templates and case studies that make delivery repeatable.
- Identify new opportunities and partner with leadership on business development.
What you bring
- 10+ years in technology consulting, with at least 5 in a leadership or practice-management role.
- A strong background in data, analytics, AI or digital transformation programs.
- Proven commercial skills: proposals, pricing, negotiation and account growth.
- A record of delivering complex programs on time and on budget.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfort leading distributed teams across time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare or the public sector.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification.
- An established network in the Canadian enterprise market.
